Quit-Job-itis Test

How long can you stay?

About this test

An honest check of how much longer you can stay at your current job. 18 workplace questions gauge your current satisfaction alongside signs of burnout.

It asks broadly about what drives job satisfaction — workload and pay, relationships with your manager and coworkers, room to grow, and how you feel on the commute in. Burnout rarely arrives all at once; it builds from small signals, so simply seeing scattered feelings reflected as a single score can sharpen your read on where you stand.

Results fall into four tiers — Stable / Watching / Warning / Imminent — each paired with advice on a useful next step. 'Imminent' is not a cue to quit on impulse: it's wiser to line up your next role before resigning, and this test is meant to mark the starting point for that decision. Your answers are processed in the browser only and never sent to a server, so there's no way for an employer or anyone else to see the result. Since your state of mind shifts over time, treat it as a light check-in to revisit now and then.
